SUMMARY:Stronger Together Conference 2026
DESCRIPTION:Stronger Together Conference 2026 by Male Allies UK\, hosted at NatWest: a full-day national conference building bridges through allyship. \nhttps://www.eventbrite.com/e/stronger-together-conference-2026-tickets-1994916228140?discount=EARLY-LEE-50 \n\n\n\n\nStronger Together: Building Bridges\nOn Friday 20 November\, Male Allies UK\, led by CEO Lee Chambers\, will bring 250 delegates together at NatWest\, Bishopsgate\, for a full-day national conference built around one shared belief: a future that works for everyone cannot be built by asking people to retreat into separate corners. \nTimed alongside International Men’s Day and its global theme\, The Future Is Everyone\, Stronger Together will combine new State of Allyship research from Ipsos with lived experience\, storytelling and practical participation. \nThis is not a day of short corporate statements or passive panels. Attendees will help shape the questions\, explore how bridges are built across genuine difference\, and connect workplace action with what sport\, family\, media\, community and public life can teach us about belonging. \nEvery participant will leave with practical ideas\, valuable new relationships\, a conference workbook and a written 90-day commitment designed to turn intention into action. \nLimited early-bird delegate places are now available. \n\n\n\n\nWhy This Conference\, Why Now\nTimed alongside International Men’s Day 2026 and its global theme\, The Future Is Everyone\, Stronger Together creates a national space for a more hopeful and practical conversation. \nMale Allies UK will bring together employees\, networks\, leaders\, partners\, public institutions\, future leaders and voices from beyond the usual corporate circuit. Business will sit alongside sport\, family\, media\, politics\, community and public life\, because workplaces do not operate in a vacuum and meaningful change cannot stay inside one sector. \n\n\n\n\nWhat You Will Experience\nNew State of Allyship research from Ipsos will ground the day in evidence. Longer expert-led sessions will then open the conversation to the room\, creating space for productive tension\, lived experience and questions that people genuinely want answered. \nCreative expression\, human stories and participatory moments will run throughout the programme. Every major session will include a route for the audience to contribute\, while virtual attendees and corporate watch parties will join selected moments as active participants. \n\n\n\n\nWhat You Will Leave With\nStrong emotion matters\, but this conference is designed to move beyond a moment. Every participant will use the conference workbook to capture learning\, build connections and write one 90-day commitment. \nYou will leave with a clearer understanding of the State of Allyship\, practical ideas for your role and organisation\, and a named person or group who can help you turn intention into action. \n\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend\n\nEmployees and employee network members who want practical ways to make allyship part of everyday work.\nPeople\, HR\, EDI\, learning and organisational development leaders.\nManagers and senior leaders responsible for culture\, teams and accountability.\nPublic service\, government\, academic\, institutional and community voices.\nOrganisations looking for a meaningful International Men’s Day activation.\nAnyone who believes gender dialogue\, human connection and shared responsibility matter.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat Makes Stronger Together Different\n\nFull day at NatWest with enough space for evidence\, disagreement\, reflection and action.\nLonger open sessions rather than a programme dominated by short corporate panels.\nNew Ipsos research used as a reference point throughout the day.\nStories from beyond business that make the issue felt as well as understood.\nAudience-led questions and one collective activation shared across the room and watch parties.\nPrinted conference workbook and a personal 90-day commitment.
