SUMMARY:OurCoop Men's Voices 2026
DESCRIPTION:Breaking the silence around men’s mental health through connection\, conversation and community. \n\n\n\n\nOurCo-op Men’s Voices is more than an event. It’s a space for connection\, conversation and support. \nTaking place during International Men’s Day week\, Men’s Voices brings members together to celebrate the positive promotion of men’s mental health and wellbeing. \nThis annual event that has taken place for the last eight years has given men the chance to get together with feedback being overwhelmingly positive and an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and join a community of men who are ready to listen\, learn and support one another. \nThis year\, we’re delighted to welcome Chris\, Midlands Lead for Andy’s Man Club\, as our keynote speaker. Through his experience and insight\, Chris will share powerful perspectives on the importance of talking openly and breaking down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. \nThroughout the day\, attendees will take part in engaging and interactive workshops exploring topics that can shape and influence our wellbeing. \nFrom thought-provoking discussions and inspirational speakers to mindfulness activities and moments of reflection\, Men’s Voices creates a safe and welcoming environment where every voice matters. Whether you’re looking for support\, a fresh perspective\, or simply the chance to connect with others\, this is a day designed to remind us that none of us need to face life’s challenges alone. \n*During the day please be assured that our event is a safe space and there will always be someone on hand if you feel the need to step away from a session or talk.

SUMMARY:Future Men Conference: Who is Raising our Boys?
DESCRIPTION:The Future Is Everyone: But Who is Raising our Boys?\n\n\nA Future Men event for International Men’s Day 2026 \n\n\n\n\nFourteen men take their own lives every day in the UK. \nBoys are one and a half times more likely to be suspended from school than girls\, and more than twice as likely to be permanently excluded. Almost eight in ten say they have no clear idea what it means to be a man today. \nFor a growing number of boys\, the answer is coming from a screen. An algorithm. A stranger in a comment section telling them who to blame and who to become. For others it’s a teacher who has run out of patience\, a system that was never built with them in mind\, or nobody at all. And for some\, it’s still a father\, a coach\, a mentor. A man who turned up\, and kept turning up. \nThis International Men’s Day\, Future Men is coming back to QPR to put that question to a room full of people who can actually answer it: who is raising our boys? \nLast year we started a conversation. This year we follow it all the way through\, from the classroom to the changing room to the family home\, with the people doing the work and the evidence to prove it. \nWhat the day looks like \nAdemola Adeyeba\, founder of 1000 Black Boys and Chair of Black Men for Change\, opens the day with the question at the heart of it all- ‘who is raising our boys?’. \nPablo Blackwood\, Race and Ethnicity Lead at QPR\, explores what football has taught him about identity and belonging\, and what happens to a boy who never finds somewhere he belongs. \nFuture Men’s Chris Stein and Ann Cayenne lead a hands on workshop built from years of running our Boys Development Programme in London schools\, sharing fresh findings from our independently evaluated randomised controlled trial\, funded by the Youth Endowment Fund\, on what actually changes a boy’s path. \nLeon Thompson shares his short film\, My Own Worst Enemy\, a raw look at fatherhood\, healing and family. \nSixteen year old writer and commentator Josh Sargent\, who encountered the manosphere himself as a young teenager\, asks the question most people avoid. Not whether online role models are good or bad\, but what they’re giving boys that the rest of us aren’t.

SUMMARY:Stoke-on-Trent Industrial Walk - Men\, Mental Health & The Built Environment
DESCRIPTION:Join PCP celebrating International Men’s Day with an informal networking walk around the extensive grounds of The Tawny Hotel\, set amungst the Staffordshire countryside to reset the mind and soul\, followed by a short presentation from CLW Therapies\, a Deli Lunch and Networking with your peers and colleagues. \nWhy supporting Men and Mental Health Issues matter to the Construction Industry. Unfortunately according to the ONS\, male construction workers have a suicide risk three times higher than the male national average. The men in this industry are often the least likely to ask for help\, so this event\, built around walking\, talking and networking\, is exactly the right way to start that conversation. \nThe Tawny is a destination like no other offering an incredible deconstructed hotel in the heart of the English countryside. \nIt’s a place where nature\, luxury\, and heartfelt hospitality come together. The Tawny spans two neighbouring estates\, in a particularly beautiful part of Staffordshire’s Churnet Valley. \nBoth The Tawny’s estates border the Consall Nature Park\, a conservation area and nature reserve featuring 740 acres of woodland\, heath and moor. \nExplore rugged trails off the beaten track\, walk the winding local canals and pick up some steam on the nearby Churnet Valley Railway\, the world-famous Peak District and its wild open spaces is also only a stone’s throw away\, \nWe will be dining within the Perch Suite which offers panoramic views across the sublime Consall Estate\, and where the chef’s passion really comes through by using locally sourced produce as well as their own on-site working herb garden. \nYou will be in for a real treat in an unforgettable location. \nRemember to bring your binoculars too as your bound to catch a glimpse of some of the wildlife!! \nClaire Oakes from CLW Therapies will be giving us a short presentation on ‘Rewiring the Stress Habit’\, a practical \, jargon-free talk on why we get stuck in stress patterns and simple tools to reset them. \nRapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines hypnotherapy with techniques from CBT and NLP. In a relaxed\, focused state\, we find where an unhelpful pattern started\, such as stress\, anger\, poor sleep\, low confidence\, or drinking or smoking more than you’d like. Then we reframe the beliefs keeping it in place. Clients also get a personalised recording to listen to daily for 21 days\, which reinforces the change. \nThis type of therapy suits the construction industry as it is:\n• Short and focused: typically 1–3 sessions\, not months of weekly appointments\n• Practical and goal-driven: a clear outcome agreed up front\n• No need to talk through everything week after week\n• Flexible around site hours: online or in person\, including evenings\n• Private and one-to-one \nClaire will also be offering all in attendancethe opportunity for a free 30 minute consultation call\, as well as a free RTT session offered as a raffle prize \nLocation – The Tawny Hotel\, Codsall Lane\, ST9 0AG\nTo help with the location please use – https://what3words.com

SUMMARY:What About The Boys 2026 - United Youth Alliance
DESCRIPTION:A one-day conference bringing together youth workers\, educators\, and professionals to explore the challenges facing boys and young men today. \n\n\n\nOverview \nNow in its eighth year\, What About the Boys? returns in 2026 with an ambitious vision: the official launch of the Fylde Coast Boys Impact Hub. \nBringing together youth workers\, teachers\, police officers\, academics\, health professionals\, researchers\, voluntary sector leaders and young men themselves\, this year’s event will move beyond discussion and into action. Together\, we will co-design a Fylde Coast-wide approach to improving outcomes for boys and young men through a collaborative test-and-learn programme coordinated by Wyre Youth and Community Alliance CIC (WYCA). \nUYA’S work has been guided by a commitment to listening to young people and placing youth voice at the centre of decision-making. Through seven years of What About the Boys? conferences\, boys and young men have consistently highlighted challenges relating to mental health\, identity\, belonging\, educational engagement\, stereotypes\, social media\, crime\, opportunities and access to positive male role models. \n

Because ultimately we can only make real change by working together. \nDate: Thursday Nov 19 2026 \nTime: 12.45pm to 6pm \nLocation: Conway Hall\, 25 Red Lion Square\, London\, WC1R 4RL \nOur speakers will share their insights and experiences\, shedding light on the evolving dynamics of masculinity\, leadership and culturein diverse work environments. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and participate in interactive sessions. \nThe theme for this year is ‘Winning Masculinities: Past\, Present and Future’. \nAs Masculinity in the Workplace celebrates its tenth anniversary\, this year’s event will explore the different versions of masculinity that have shaped our workplaces\, communities and society over the past decade\, and ask which forms of masculinity are thriving today and which we want to see more of in the future. \nAt a time when masculinity is being pulled in many directions\, from the influence of social media and public figures to changing expectations of leadership and inclusion\, the conversation has never felt more relevant. Through a diverse range of speakers and stories\, we will explore the behaviours\, values and qualities that are rewarded\, celebrated and amplified\, and the role organisations play in shaping those choices. \nThis anniversary event will combine reflection\, challenge and celebration. Alongside recognised leaders and public figures\, we will shine a spotlight on the everyday examples of masculinity that positively influence teams\, families\, communities and workplaces. Together\, we will explore what has changed\, what remains unresolved\, and what kind of masculinity we want future generations to inherit.

SUMMARY:Stronger Together Conference 2026
DESCRIPTION:Stronger Together Conference 2026 by Male Allies UK\, hosted at NatWest: a full-day national conference building bridges through allyship. \nhttps://www.eventbrite.com/e/stronger-together-conference-2026-tickets-1994916228140?discount=EARLY-LEE-50 \n\n\n\n\nStronger Together: Building Bridges\nOn Friday 20 November\, Male Allies UK\, led by CEO Lee Chambers\, will bring 250 delegates together at NatWest\, Bishopsgate\, for a full-day national conference built around one shared belief: a future that works for everyone cannot be built by asking people to retreat into separate corners. \nTimed alongside International Men’s Day and its global theme\, The Future Is Everyone\, Stronger Together will combine new State of Allyship research from Ipsos with lived experience\, storytelling and practical participation. \nThis is not a day of short corporate statements or passive panels. Attendees will help shape the questions\, explore how bridges are built across genuine difference\, and connect workplace action with what sport\, family\, media\, community and public life can teach us about belonging. \nEvery participant will leave with practical ideas\, valuable new relationships\, a conference workbook and a written 90-day commitment designed to turn intention into action. \nLimited early-bird delegate places are now available. \n\n\n\n\nWhy This Conference\, Why Now\nTimed alongside International Men’s Day 2026 and its global theme\, The Future Is Everyone\, Stronger Together creates a national space for a more hopeful and practical conversation. \nMale Allies UK will bring together employees\, networks\, leaders\, partners\, public institutions\, future leaders and voices from beyond the usual corporate circuit. Business will sit alongside sport\, family\, media\, politics\, community and public life\, because workplaces do not operate in a vacuum and meaningful change cannot stay inside one sector. \n\n\n\n\nWhat You Will Experience\nNew State of Allyship research from Ipsos will ground the day in evidence. Longer expert-led sessions will then open the conversation to the room\, creating space for productive tension\, lived experience and questions that people genuinely want answered. \nCreative expression\, human stories and participatory moments will run throughout the programme. Every major session will include a route for the audience to contribute\, while virtual attendees and corporate watch parties will join selected moments as active participants. \n\n\n\n\nWhat You Will Leave With\nStrong emotion matters\, but this conference is designed to move beyond a moment. Every participant will use the conference workbook to capture learning\, build connections and write one 90-day commitment. \nYou will leave with a clearer understanding of the State of Allyship\, practical ideas for your role and organisation\, and a named person or group who can help you turn intention into action. \n\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend\n\nEmployees and employee network members who want practical ways to make allyship part of everyday work.\nPeople\, HR\, EDI\, learning and organisational development leaders.\nManagers and senior leaders responsible for culture\, teams and accountability.\nPublic service\, government\, academic\, institutional and community voices.\nOrganisations looking for a meaningful International Men’s Day activation.\nAnyone who believes gender dialogue\, human connection and shared responsibility matter.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat Makes Stronger Together Different\n\nFull day at NatWest with enough space for evidence\, disagreement\, reflection and action.\nLonger open sessions rather than a programme dominated by short corporate panels.\nNew Ipsos research used as a reference point throughout the day.\nStories from beyond business that make the issue felt as well as understood.\nAudience-led questions and one collective activation shared across the room and watch parties.\nPrinted conference workbook and a personal 90-day commitment.
