Over 40 events, celebrations and happenings across the UK

Over the past few weeks, today and in the next week or so, there are over 40 events, celebrations and happenings marking International Men’s Day. And probably many more we don’t know about (Please see the events list at the end)

An historical debate in the House of Commons on male suicide, cmapaign meetings, letters to political parties and debates on why International Men’s Day is important.

Organisations from companies like Lynx and Topman have got involved, charities like CALM, ManKind Initiative, MIND, British Deaf Association are running events and initiatives.

Conferences like the Being a Man Festival, launches of new films, comedy shows, events to raise men’s health awareness as well as schools, colleges and universities all supporting. Marketing Magazine are showcasing their favourite lad/dadverts.

Councils like Belfast City and Doncaster City Councils and housing associations are also supporting with staff and client events.

We have companies promoting Mantiques, Beer Hamper Competitions, Steak nights, network lunches, podcasts, and, much much more.
