The play uses sharp humour, poetry and music to draw attention to some very serious issues around men’s identities and their changing roles in society. Andrew and Sam play two ends of the same male spectrum but from differing perspectives, one glass half empty, one, glass half full.
James the steadfast pub landlord holds up a mirror to both of them whilst desperately trying to get them to buy a drink and replenish their sad looking glasses.
