Men from the Edinburgh Mankind project community and the Linlithgow Community development trust would like to invite men to an International Men’s Day group at the Linlithgow Hub (Old Library).

What to expect : the purpose of the event is to create community by creating a safe, supportive, structured space to:

• Share experiences and felt benefits of being part of a men’s group
• Share the experience of doing deeper self-development, exploration, and inquiry (both openly & confidentially)
• Share the gift of emotionality, vulnerability and all the benefits that come from attending a men’s group
