Celebrate International Men’s Day by signing up for the Men’s 10K in Edinburgh.
Join thousands of others runners of all abilities for the popular capital city run on Sunday 3 November.
The event aims to raise awareness of a variety of mens’ health issues, such as obesity, mental health disorders and alcoholism.
The run – now a popular event on the running fixtures – is not about achieving the fastest possible time but about inspiring men to become fitter, healthier and more active.
Whether you are a seasoned runner or are just starting out, the Men’s 10K is a great opportunity to challenge yourself, raise some cash for a worthwhile cause and embrace the journey to fitness.
The 2019 route begins on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile, passing by many of the capital city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Scott Monument, Holyrood Palace and Dynamic Earth.
It then heads back through the Grassmarket before entering a grandstand finish at BT Murrayfield Stadium.
So whatever your reason, get entered, lace up those trainers and make a positive change to your life.
