Description: Join the Man Down Project for a men’s nature walk to mark International Men’s Day and Movember, to highlight men’s health issues such as prostate cancer and mental health.

The walk will include educational segments and opportunities for participants to share their experiences. We encourage you to bring along your sons, cousins, uncles, fathers or even friends. Refreshments will be provided during the walk.

Requirements: Walking Shoes/Boots, Bottle of water and an open mind.
