Welcome to International Men's Day in the UK
On 19 November International Men’s Day celebrates worldwide the positive value men bring to the world, their families and communities.
To highlight positive role models and raise awareness of men’s well-being (West Northamptonshire Council) we will be hosting the WNC Male Role Model Awards 2021.

The awards will recognise the important contributions local men and boys make in their communities, families, schools and workplaces.
We are looking for men who have been inspirational in the broadest sense. We would like to know how they have inspired you or others, what they have achieved, or what they have done to help you or your community.
This is a great opportunity for people to nominate the man who has had a profound effect in the work place, in school, by supporting, by mentoring and by being a great role model for others.
It could be your neighbour or friend who has helped you with your life or it could be someone who organises a group or activity, or offers mentoring support to others.
We are calling on residents, businesses, schools and community groups to help with the search by nominating inspirational men in their lives.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony which will take place on International Men’s Day (Friday 19 November)
