THE TREK

Snowdon, or Yr Wyddfa to use its Welsh name, is the highest mountain in Wales, and at 1035metres is higher than any mountain in England. It sits majestically in Snowdonia National Park, its rugged beauty providing you with the most amazing opportunity for adventure.

The ‘Manchester Homeless Charter’ team are inviting you to join them on a Snowdon adventure to fundraise for this wonderful charity.

This trek will take the Llanberis Path to the summit, arriving in time to experience the most amazing views across Snowdonia at sunset.

You can find out more about Snowdon and the Llanberis Path here. You will then descend via the Llanberis Path.

 

ABOUT THE CHARITY

Big Change is part of Manchester Homelessness Charter, bringing together people experiencing homelessness, charities, grassroots groups, the council, businesses and individuals to End Homelessness in Manchester.
The Big Change fund supports individuals who are homeless by paying for items they need – a deposit for a home, a training course, clothes for a job interview, furnishing for a new flat, or travel costs.
We are hoping to raise funds and donate as part of International Men’s Day in November.
