Alan S Adams an award-winning business coach, success psychologist and former submariner will talk about how we can rethink change, and recognise that – even when life throws us curve balls – it may very well lead us to better things. After all, a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor! Through his own life journey he’ll share how it was his lowest moments that were the most pivotal, and how without them, he’d have missed his real calling.
Darren Edwards – Achieving the Impossible – Five Injured Veterans Tackle ‘World First’ Expedition

Many referred to the challenge as an impossible undertaking for a team of novice sea kayakers, let alone for a team with several disabilities and injuries. Would they achieve an incredible world first?
