Welcome to International Men's Day in the UK

The Men's Health charity's Movember campiagn is very much part of International Men's Day  and kicks off the month in style.

We will be talking about physical and mental health - including cardiac risk, mental health and suicide in men , resilience coaching, lifestyle medicine , prostate cancer . All proceeds go towards Prostate Cancer UK and Movember charities .
