“Not every day is International Men’s Day” meme cards published

If there’s one phrase International Men’s Day supporters can expect to hear every year, it is the retort: “But isn’t everyday International Men’s Day?”

To mark International Men’s Day in the UK, the newly launched Men and Boys Coalition  produced a series of hard-hitting fact cards to share on social media that spell out both why every day is not International Men’s Day and why both the Coalition sand International Men’s Day is needed.

Taken from the research from its statistics page the cards highlight facts on issues ranging from educational underachievement and mental health, to fatherlessness and domestic abuse.

The Coalition includes members who both work to raise awareness of all of these issues and also support men and boys who are affected them.

The full list of cards is below, please help both the Coalition and International Men’s Day in the UK raise awareness of the issues facing men and boys by sharing them on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. These will appear throughout International Men’s Day but please feel free to use beforehand.
